  Golf Day 2007

On Friday 14th September the club Annual Golf Day took place at Widney Manor Golf Club, Solihull.

After a scintillating display of golf the winners of the Annual Golf Challenge were Rob Sheward and Ray Delanty.

A fine sunny day was enjoyed by all. There was a slight fright on the 17th par 3 hole when the a certain Mr Wardle hit a solid 9 iron shot which landed on the bridge, this not only frightended the players on the green but also all of the surronding wildlife.

There was some superby driving ( unfortunately this was mainly by the drivers of golf buggies)

The winning pair look forward to retaining the trophy in 2008.
